Fingers Crossed (UPDATE)

Today is my due date and I woke up with painful contractions. They’re only about 10-20 minutes apart but are strong enough to wake me up out of my sleep. I’m gonna labor at home until I can’t anymore (fearful the hospital may send me home again) and I’m praying Little Boy comes tomorrow on his big brother’s 13th birthday (or today if possible 🤷🏿‍♀️).

Either way, I’m ready to get this show on the road. Wish me luck Mamas!

UPDATE:

12 hours in and still no baby. 😪 My contractions aren’t strong enough and for some odd reason I’ve developed a horrible migraine that is making me nauseous. L&D sent me home twice and both times made me feel as if I didn’t know what I was talking about (What’s your level of pain they’d ask. I’d tell them and they’d ask if I was sure... Wait, what?) so I really don’t know when I should call the ambulance to take me to the hospital. I’m hoping I don’t wait too long and end up having the baby at home because the hospital is 45 minutes away, but I’m trying to wait it out as long as I can.
