Repeat C-Section

Long post ahead, but I am a FTM and I have no idea about this kind of stuff.

I know that VBAC is a possibility, but I am curious how many c-sections a persons body can, safely go through.

We had our little guy a month ago by c-section after laboring for 10 hours, and pushing for an additional 4.

We ended up needed an emergency c-section because he wasn’t dropping right and was stuck on my pelvis. During the c-section all the doctors and nurses kept commenting on how small my pelvis, and anatomy in general, was.

At my 2 week follow up appointment I asked my midwife if a c-section was how I was going to have all my babies, she said VBAC is always an option.

I want to make sure my babies are safe. Our little guy was 8 pounds, so he wasn’t that big really. If he was stuck, I feel like all future kiddos might have the same problem.

In the end my question is, how many c-sections can one person have. We want 4 kids, is 4 c-sections even something we should consider?
