11 week mental leap?

What did it look like? How did baby act? How long did it last? My little boy is now 11 weeks. The past few days, he has been not sleeping the greatest at night, and sleeping almost all day.. he will only sleep in mine or dads arm or in his swing! He’s also been eating less, but more frequently. I am not sure if it’s just a growth spurt, mental leap or if I should be concerned.. Because he’s also been very cranky and fussy. My mom thinks he may have an ear infection. I am unsure what to do.. Should I call his ped? Or wait it out?
