Spotting at 6 weeks 6 days

Started spotting with bright red and pink in the afternoon, after an orgasm, I spotted week 5 twice second one the same after an orgasm, was seen by doc since then and it was good. I’m going to call when they are open, my next appointment is at ten weeks. We are supposed to go on a two hour road trip here and back and spend all evening with friends. Should I be okay? I’m mildly cramping but not bad like when I had my chemical. It does not seem to be coming out more yet with bright red, just wiping up leftover pink.
