Healthy dessert recipes?
I’ve recently gotten into baking quite a bit. I’m a huge dessert fan. But I’m trying to do things healthy (not using any white sugar, butter, white flour, etc and instead using coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and whole wheat flour.). I know some of these things can’t be substituted 1:1 so I specifically look for recipes with these “healthy” ingredients in them.
Anyone have any suggestions?
