My boyfriend is too big. Help.

So my boyfriend and I decided to take things to the next level like last month. I knew it was big but it’s literally so big it is ripping me everytime we have sex it just hurts so bad. We have tried lube and it just makes it burn because it’ll rip again because it’s just too big. I love him and I’m having a hard time because I wanna tell him everytime to get off because it hurts so bad. He is super sweet and tries his best to make it more comfortable for me because he knows it’s big and that it hurts me, he always says “it’s okay we can stop if it’s hurting to bad, you need to enjoy this too” but I def don’t want to make him stop because then he would be stopping everytime we had sex and he would never get off. Please help.
