Need assurance

I'm currently 14weeks 2 days. Thursday I was out with my family enjoying the day and I had to use the bathroom so i went and I noticed an amount of blood in my shorts and I got up and their looked like alot of blood everywhere I came out crying dropped to my knees thinking the worst. My mother found the nearest hospital and they were prepairing for the worst until the put thw ultra sound on and my little peanut was moving doing flips. So they checked my cervix and it was closed no clots. On my paper work its a threated miscarriage but the doctor said she dont think anything is going to happen as far as losing the baby. Its Saturday now and ive had cramps an I'm still bleeding the blood goes from pink to dark red to a brownish color. Im just wondering if anyone else has had this happen, i can't keep my mind off it. I have one child and this is my second. Im so scared im going to lose it and im trying so hard to not stress or let things bother me.. I just wanted to know if anyone else is or has gone threw something similar. I didnt know where else to go
