Cerclage

Hello ladies, I wanted to find out if there are some of you who ever had their water break before 20wks (baby may have died or survived) but during your next pregnancy you didn't put a cerclage but still went on to carry the pregnancy upto full term? I'm currently 12wks pregnant, I lost my last at 15wks when after infection, my water broke and I had to push a dead baby. I'm not sure if to have a cerclage or not for this one. I don't know what caused my water to break, whether the infection or I have a weak cervix. So far everything is going well.
