Depression and working out
So I’m currently 14+3 with baby #2 and I’ve been very depressed. Usually I workout about 3 times a week and upwards if 5 days a week before I got pregnant...now I’m struggling to even get 1 day a week...wondering how many days a week other pregnant mommas are working out to maintain not gaining much weight. Feel so crappy about myself. I love working out, I don’t know why I’m in such a funk.
