Bilie razors???

Has anybody ever tried Bilie Razors? I have extremely sensitive skin. I get bad razor burn. I also have really thick hair so I tried some mens 5 blade Bic razors and even right after shaving the last time I could feel and see noticeable stubble. I'm at a loss. I've been trying to find a suitable razor for so long and I feel like I've ALWAYS had razor burn to the point that I've accepted it as normal. I'll also add I use Gilette extra sensitive shaving cream.
