5 Week Transvaginal

We've been checking early to make sure we don't have another ectopic pregnancy. Last week there was nothing. This is today at somewhere around 5 weeks and maybe a few days. Doctor thinks that is the beginning of something. I'm taking her word for it and am cautiously optimistic as I can't read ultrasounds. For anyone who has had early scans, does this look normal at all? We go back next week for another one.
