When to see a doctor?

Hey guys the last three days my pregnancy symptoms have been  debilitating. I have been so tired I can't even get out of bed for more then hour and yesterday I threw up every single thing I ate or drank. I'm basically going on 35 hours with no food or water. I am pregnant with twins, but my symptoms were not this bad previously. Maybe I have the flu? At what point should i seek medical condition? This is really interfering with me life 😭😭

I'd definitely go in to the ER if you can't hold down fluids. I went in at 6 hours for not holding down any fluids. They got me on IV fluids and anti-emetics (reglan IV and discharged me with a script for zofran). I told the nurse I felt bad about not trying an urgent care and she said they couldn't have given the IV fluids at an urgent care and obviously hydration was what I needed).
