Convertible cribs?

If you have one, did you actually use all the conversions?
Worth it or nah?

I didn’t buy the rail, I just took off the side to make mine a toddler bed. He’s been in it for almost 3 years so not too bad for $200.

Not worth it in my opinion. You typically need to buy parts to make it into a head/foot board, and the babies tend to teethe on the wood. I just went from crib to a new twin bed.

I’ve just always removed one side of the crib to use as a toddler bed. I haven’t used railings or anything like that.

Cot beds are better value for money. One cot that will have height adjustments and when your ready the sides come off and convert to a toddler bed. Generally last until their between 4-5yrs Old. Snuz sell one that will sleep a child till they are 10yrs old if brought with an extension kit

Nope didn't even use it as a toddler bed we went from drib to t in bed at 14 months for both kids. My girls chewed on the wood due to teething and I didn't have the time to fix it so we just got rid of the crib. 
I have a friend who her 4 year old has his crib just in the twin version that they converted it too.

Yes, I figured why not since that’s what it’s for. My 4 year old now has a full size bed. I got the rails off wayfair. I was afraid I wouldn’t have found them since we originally bought the crib at babies r us. It worked for us and I love that it’s grown with her.
