Any one else have this?

So when my daughter was born a few days ago she came out with her fist next to her head I had a second degree tear but also my right labia got ripped they put it “back in” and the stitch came out. So my right labia is protruding out and I have the tear. Anyone else have this and how long did it take to heal I’m almost week postpartum and it’s like I still can’t do anything
