Sick of myself

Trying to lose weight is so hard... Being a stay at home mom and not as active as I used to be. I jave gained almost 40 pounds in the last eight months. I feel ashamed of myself and found that I am not as comfortable as I used to be in public despite diets likes keto no to little sugar... Pruvit drinks more water less portion sizes... I feel like I starve myself to lose a whole 2 pounds. It is so frustrating and now to top things off de thinks I have a thyroid problem.

What are some success stories you may have or some other tips and inspiration I feel like I'm at my whits end. I just want to be healthy and lose weight so I can run and play with my kids and feel better about myself again.
