Help someone

My 2 years old has been crying and whining and not listening an it's gotten worse seen I've had my another daughter 18 days ago and idk what to do. Any advice I give her alot of attention still she helps me with the baby an everything. We play and cuddle and everything all the time an she's still crying for me even when I'm holding her an no where near the baby. I just don't know what to do doctor says she'll grow out of it and she'll get use to the baby being around. She loves the baby helps me out alot.
