Does anyone have experience being made fun of for their name?

Do people actually get made fun of for their name? All I hear when I say the baby names I like is criticism about how “they’ll be made fun of” ....... I want my child to have a unique name but I also don’t want that for them if that really happens...... I’ve just never ACTUALLY heard of someone being absolutely tormented because of a name......... anyone have this actually happen to them????

Can anyone give examples as to what kind of names get made fun of? Or is it just that kids will pick someone to bully and then find ways to make fun of that persons name?
