What should I ask at 1st appointment?

My husband and I have our first fertility consultation with a fertility specialist next week. They are running blood and urine for both of us, transvaginal ultrasound for me, and semen analysis for him, as well as medical histories for both of us. I think I know what our issues are and the course of treatments I’d like to take. Other than costs (which are payed out on their website), what additional questions should I ask and what questions should I expect from the doctor? I’ve been tracking my cycle relentlessly for months so I’m prepared for those questions at least. Any advice would be appreciated 🙂
