Confused

So I'm not due my period for another 2 weeks yet.

Back story I miscarried on the 20th March, had my period on the 20th June (normal 5 days) and last night I had a browny red discharge thinking maybe it is my period, woke up this morning and nothing (usually when I get it im on the next day) and now this afternoon if had the same, I'm never early on my always a fee days up to a week late.

I'm kinda confused but then I think I'm just being silly and it us just my period, but then again I know I'm never ever this early......

Has anyone had weird periods after a miscarry, or could this be implantation bleed?
