Babies 13 months apart?

I just had my little girl Feb 2019 and am feeling a little off the last couple days. I took a test and it’s very faint, but I think I see something... my periods have been irregular due to breastfeeding and on a low dose pill.... do you ladies see it too or am I nuts? 
Also have any of you ladies had babies 13 months apart by c section? Did everything go ok?

So close to you.. my baby was born 2/15/19 via c section and I’m pregnant again due end of March I believe! A little nervous about c sections so close together

My sister and I are 13 months apart. My other sister and I are 16 months apart! All three of us girls were BIG healthy babies!!
