First period post baby?

Has anyone gotten their period yet since having baby? I’m not sure if I’ve started mine or if it’s just more bleeding from having my son. I had my baby June 19th and I completely stopped bleeding 4 days PP. I’m now 19 days PP and last night I was doing dishes and felt a giant gush. I’ve been bleeding heavily ever since but the look and heaviness of it is exactly like how it is the first day or two of a period. I have an appointment with my OB on Wednesday (I go weekly to monitor my csection incision since it got extremely infected) so going to ask if that’s normal but I feel like it’s too soon to have a real period? Has this happened to anyone else? With my daughter I bled for like 3 weeks straight and then it stopped for about a month and then I started my actual period. I haven’t been any more active than usual since I’m still recovering from all the complications I had from my csection and so I’m basically stuck at home with minimal activity. Wish I knew if it was my actual period so I can start tracking again and not get surprised by sudden bleeding 😂
