Why so early?

Is it just me or have there been alot of October babies being born way too early? 😕 I have seen so many postings of the babies being born already and it seems super crazy to me! Ugh. Stay in there babies!!

I thought the same thing. This is my 3rd pregnancy while using the glow app and I feel like none of the previous groups I was a member of had this many babies born so early. 😩 hoping and praying that everyone is safe and healthy.

When you think about how large this group is, it’s not really that many people. There are always going to be babies born early and babies born late. If you aren’t showing signs of preterm labor there’s no need to worry. There’s an odds calculator you can google that shows you the odds of having your baby each day. The odds are overwhelming that you’ll have your baby between 37-41 weeks.

I'm hoping my little one will stay in longer.im on hospital bed rest with an incompetent cervix. I'm 25 weeks and 4 days so I definitely want her to stay in longer.

Yes sadly, a lot of people find out too late that they have incompetent cervix and/or other problems that makes them deliver earlier than expected. I have an incompetent cervix, this time I have a cerclage placed on. So I am really praying that my baby makes it to full term 🙏🏼 keeping all you mamas on my prayers! Stay strong

I actually thought about posting this same thing! It’s so scary. I had twins in 2016 and they were Nicu babies, I’m so terrified of having this baby boy be in the Nicu as well so I’m praying for a healthy uneventful rest of my pregnancy for myself and everyone else who hasn’t had their baby yet!
