Anatomy scan bubble

I just got the results back from my anatomy scan. The nurse called me and overloaded me on so much information. She told me a few different things but then said most of them were normal variables. The one that scared me the most was that she said something about a bubble in the stomach and it’ll be rechecked when I go in again in 2 weeks since baby didn’t cooperate at all to begin with! Has anyone else been told that? What does it mean and how did things turn out? I wish she had given me more info cause now I’m nervous and I know the ultrasound tech next time still can’t tell me if anything is wrong when we go in!!
