10 weeks today and terrified to miscarry

I have been pregnant 5 times this time being my 5'th with only one live baby had a miscarriage at 9 weeks 5 days before I conceived my daughter but did not find out till 12 weeks 3 days then 7 months PP I fell pregnant and lost that baby at 7 weeks in March fell pregnant again in May and I am now 10 weeks today and so terrified that my baby might not have a heartbeat still haven't been able to find it on my home Doppler don't remember when I found my daughters don't have another doctor's appointment until the 29th when I will be 13 weeks 1 day I am just so scared to go to my appointment and find out my baby is no longer alive progesterone mask miscarriage so there is no way to know until I am seen just hoping and praying everything is well in my baby will come home in February
