What is normal after miscarriage?

At 10 weeks I had to take to pill to induce a miscarriage due to the fact the the baby stopped growing at 7 weeks and my body wasn’t initiating the process. I bled for almost two weeks. It finally stopped a few days ago (about 5) and then all of a sudden today I am bleeding like it is the first day of my period. It seemed like I was ovulating the past few days, so none of this makes sense to me. I have to get bloodwork and a have a follow up with the doctor to make sure my hcg level has returned to normal, but I was waiting for the bleeding to stop (I’ve already postponed the appointment once because of bleeding). I’m at a loss, is this my period? Am I still passing the miscarriage? Should I wait again to do the bloodwork? Help... I’d like this nightmare to be over already.
