Want to start working out!
I’m really wanting to start working out but I’m not sure where to start. I have no idea how to use the equipment in the gym so I’m feeling a little self conscious. I want to gain weight while also toning my booty and loosing my stomach fat. I weigh 115 pounds and am 5’1. I want to weigh at least 130 pounds. What suggestions do you have? What workouts should I do & what should I eat to gain weight? I don’t eat red meat & im trying to cut out dairy & processed foods and sugar at the moment.
