Me and my brother were fully potty trained at 18 momths. I think it’s a good idea to introduce the idea at a younger age so when they are ready they are already familiar with the concept.

We introduced the potty and let her sit on it at 9 months old she would use it here and there she was fully potty trained by 2

We started going in the bathroom and sitting on the potty anytime mommy did at 8 months. By 2 my daughter was fully potty traines.

Just shy of my oldest's 3rd birthday. Within a week she had gotten the hang of it. It was a while before I felt comfortable doing long outings without a pull up. In my experience potty training is a marathon not a sprint. There will be accidents and regressions even after months and months of being fully trained.

My daughter is 2 and she likes to go with me and is curious about the potty and hates when she poops or pees in her diaper but refuses to even try the toilet, it scares her 🤷🏼‍♀️ so slowly but surely we are getting there, she’s not the most verbal yet so she can’t really tell me, it’s mostly gibberish with a few words here and there, so I’m hoping when she moves up in classes at her day care, they help with potty training, that she will see other kids using the potty and want to try it.

I started and she was well on her way to being totally potty trained at 15 months and then hand foot and mouth hit our house and she and I both got it bad. Having fevers and sores and fingernails coming off for 6 weeks broke everything. Went very laxs after that till finding out I was expecting again at 27 months and five weeks later we only use pull ups for naps and bedtime. Naps she is usually dry but I don’t want to clean sheets just yet.

I started with my son at 1 when he started showing interests in using the potty. Then it became rocky, because we found out he is special needs so now at 4, he’s ALMOST completely potty trained. My daughter is showing now interests yet at almost 2, but once our son is trained we’ll start working with her. (I started training when she turned one) and then she just didn’t care for it.

I haven’t reached it yet, but my mom potty trained me in two days when I was 18 months old. I still would have accidents every once in a while, and wore pull ups to bed at night until I was 2 but after that I never had another issue
