Am I tripping????

I’ve been talking with this guy for 2 weeks already. Lately he’s dry. I confronted him and he apologized that he didn’t notice whateverrr. Now today he left me on read for 3+ hours and then posted on IG a poll which was “IMessage games?” I guess he noticed I saw it because he messages me “ Oh I’m sorry I forgot to reply”. We got into a fight. 
I just need to know am I over reacting for getting mad at him??????
Or do I have the right to be mad??????

PSA: if someone leaves you on “read” it could mean they saw the text but didn’t have time, or wasn’t in a place (driving? Work? Meeting?) to respond to you....then they went about their day (plans, responsibilities, work, prior commitments etc) you know... because YOU are not the center of his entire universe... because HE has a life.
And that’s perfectly 100% NORMAL.

Expecting a guy you’ve only known for TWO WEEKS to text you back, not do ANYTHING until he’s poured attention, affirmation, & acceptance into your eternally-empty cup... stalking him on social media when he doesn’t reply to your text immediately... and then losing your shit on him with interrogative assumptions, doubt, and suggestive accusations.

Totally overreacting!  2 weeks is a blip on the screen of life. People have lives and get busy. If you can't handle 3 hours, then I you need to think about learning patience. Not everyone is able to respond immediately.
