I took a pregnancy text the other morning thought it was negative not sure. July 7th I woke up and was spotting and it was light pink when I wiped and this morning was the same thing it's mainly only when. I wipe and I have some minor cramps. Now both my kids are depo babies. I was on depo when I got pregnant with my two kids my youngest is 5 months old I am on the depo now could I be pregnant again could this be implantation bleeding

Since I've been on depo since February I haven't had a period. So idk please no judging I dont have anyone to talk to about this please help
