I don't usually notice/pay attention to them. Sometimes I'll randomly notice that oh my stomach is hard and then forget about it. So I think I get the often but don't really think about it.
I tend to get them when I'm doing other things like bringing in groceries or looking for my daughter's toy on the floor or whatever.

Pretty often, especially if I don't take care of myself and take time to rest. If I get a lot of them in a short amount of time I know I'm overdoing it. They usually go away pretty quickly once I sit down for a little while.
