I believe I’m not attracted to my SO anymore..

It sounds terrible and I know things dull out. It’s been almost 3 years. We have a daughter and he has a son . We are very close with the kids. But I cannot get myself to be attracted to him anymore. He works a lot and provides for us. He got a new job where I can be home with the kids more. But we have sex maybe once or twice a month. He doesn’t really take care of his health like he used to. His dad bod is getting a little toooo dad bod. And I joke and try to be respectful and let him know I’m worried about his health path. He doesn’t get his hair cut anymore he only sleeps and works he doesn’t have a schedule for his days. He doesn’t dress well anymore. He just turned 30 and im trying to get him moving more and getting up and doing things because I feel like he’s to young to be acting this old. I feel terrible because I do love him but I can’t even bring myself to cuddle with him anymore. Ugh
