Having gotten ready for my baby boy

I’m due till September 27 I will be having my baby shower on August 3rd I haven’t even gotten ready for my baby going though a lot. A terrible car accident thankfully we are doing great and also the bills are coming in we owe with my husband over 130k. Also 2 weeks ago they killed my uncle and my great grandfather passed away not even a month ago.Then I might have gestational diabetes had my glucose test on Tuesday last week came back 192 (1 hour test).So today Monday I took the 3 hour test hopefully good news cause I’m super stress with everything. Just sometimes it’s unreal I’m pregnant after trying and losing babies is just here but I don’t know if was the right time. I feel like it hasn’t hit me yet I don’t get me wrong I will love my baby but I’m there yet I still can’t believe. I will be trying to get ready after the baby shower I will be around 34-35 weeks along to get stuff ready is it too late to get ready or what you ladies think. My family has tolled why haven’t you bought anything or put up a crib so I don’t know I feel like I’m not ready I guess until I have my baby in my arms I will be ready.
