Can someone explain..

McKenzie • Waiting on my 🌈 baby 👶🏼

I am currently in my TWW, and while yes, I know it’s too early to test, I was wondering if someone could better explain the day by day. Like when they say implantation happens around day 7 - is ovulation day 1 or is 1 DPO day 1?

Just a girl who’s confused 🤷🏼‍♀️ and anxiously waiting 🤣
