Starting the pill again

Stopped the pill for a few months as was trying to conceive. Started the pill again start of June and had a period all okay. Yesterday I had some funny belly pains had a bath then when I came out there was blood? Thought it could be a period but haven’t had any blood since but full tummy ache. Anyone had this before ?
