Gender disappointment?

What are your thoughts on gender disappointment?

Of course everyone just wants a happy healthy baby; I’m just curious as to everyone’s thoughts of being disappointed.

I just found out I’m pregnant with #2. I have a 7month old son. Of course I want my little girl to glam up this world 😜 but honestly I wouldn’t mind another boy 💙 However if it came down to one last baby and I didn’t get my girl I may be a bit bummed for a little but overall if the baby is healthy, I’m happy! If that makes sense..

I honestly have never considered the fact that some people continue to resent their child because of gender disappointment.. Just never occurred to me but that is so heartbreaking 💔
