This month I have decided to take the plunge into a “earth friendly period”, I’ve never had to deal with reusable pads or cups so I’m interested to know people’s experiences, hows best to wash pads with blood in them, hows best to insert and remove a cup. Are cups painful at all(I usually find tampons uncomfortable) I already them ready for the period this month but idk why I’m getting nervous thinking about having to use them care for them and how convenient it all will be
