Baby measuring ahead ??

At my 12 week 1 day sono baby #3 was measuring 12 weeks 6 days . Today I am 13 weeks 2 days so am I really 14 weeks pregnant ??? I know I ovulated early

It's normal for baby to measure ahead. If your doctor hasnt said anything about changing it then no. They typically dont change it unless it's a drastic change.

My daughter measured ahead at 20 weeks and they never changed how many weeks I was.

My doctor said she doesn’t change the due date unless there is more than a 2 week discrepancy. It’s up to the doctor, but unless you have reason to believe you ovulated early, it’s likely your baby is just a bit bigger than average. Both of my children have consistently measured 4-5 days ahead, but since full term labor is considered anywhere from 39-42 weeks, there’s no need to change the due date.
