So had a fever which started last night while on vacation 🤦🏼‍♀️ up to 101 I tried bringing it down w cold wet towels in sensitive spots because I was reading Tylenol isn’t good to take and you want to avoid meds the first trimester but I’m also reading that fevers in first trimester can cause problems w neural tube defects and stuff so I’m worried . Anyways opinions please I have a 100.8 now a day later. I’m pretty sure it’s viral because my throat hurts.
