Why do I smell like a newborn baby or baby milk

My boyfriend has been saying this since early in my pregnancy that I smell like a newborn baby and even down there. Today he said my breath smells like baby milk.  I googled it and this is actually a thing. Alot of women are trying to find out why their SO tells them they smell like a baby since they have been pregnant.  If anyone knows anything about this, please share.

Have you been leaking milk? I also find that for some reason acid reflux smells just like baby spit up after a feeding

So I looked up why I smell like a baby, It mentions that i could be releasing that smell through my sweat glands, possibly from the liquid that surrounds the baby (and washes off after birth).  Alot of women are saying their husband always say they smell like a newborn baby or baby milk.  It doesn't happen with every pregnancy tho.
