Possible Gestational Diabetes

So I got my glucose test results back. I had an iron test and my iron levels were excellent! But I was told that I need to come back tomorrow morning to be retested...

My glucose levels were at 141 after an hour wait before a 50g blood draw. And because your levels have to be under 140 to be considered normal, I fall under the category of having Gestational Diabetes.

But I didn’t exactly fast 12 hours before the test 👀 more like 9-10 hrs. But still...

Should I be worried? I’m drinking lots of water and fasting for 12 hours this time before my test tomorrow morning.
