Losing Weight
I’m 15 years old abt 5’3 an 198 lbs. Definitely overweight. My current eating habits aren’t great cause of a lot of anxiety and clinical depression, but I’m lookin to change that. I really want to lose weight so I can start feeling better about myself but don’t know where to start. I’ve tried to change eating habits before but it didn’t work for long. I’ve recently been cutting back on sugar, but other then that and smaller portion sizes I don’t have much control about what’s put on the table.
Any suggestions on what to do?
