What is causing this rash

I’ve already been to the doctors - just asking as she had it yesterday and doctor prescribed piriton saying it’s maybe a viral infection. Then after one dose it disappeared but appeared again this morning. Is this a heat rash? Or an allergy rash. I’m a ftm so want to understand so can take measurements to remove whatever may be causing it. Doc said they didn’t know but it’s not serious.
