Miscarriage Mommies

How long does the physical pain of miscarriage last?

I had a lot of cramping while pregnant (I’m naturally a super thin person (I even gained as much weight as physically possible to get pregnant) and I was bloated out the wazoo). I lost baby in week 6 but I look five months pregnant. Is the cramping due to how bloated I got? I bleed last week (didn’t have a lot of cramping then just every move felt like it was pulling on my abdomen) and I’m assuming I passed baby. My abdomen is still super tender. It’s hard to sleep sometimes because every position feels like it’s pressing on my abdomen. It’s still hard to do any physical activity and of course work gave me no time off for me while I was going through it and when it was confirmed I lost baby.
