Out this cycle...
I’m out. I’m not too sad because it’s only our first month trying, but we BD 3 days in a row before o and on the day of o, we went on vacation and relaxed and got plenty of sleep right after... what else could I do to increase our odds? I suppose it’s really a game of chance? I did use an opk and had clear positive results. And I tried lying still after bd every time.
