I just ordered one from Amazon. I thought it was a joke but it was on a list of recommended things to try that my doctors office gave me. I am breastfeeding still so I didn’t want to take any pills for it. 
I hope it works 😬

Yep. I have a pack of 12 in various colors. They are a lifesaver. Keep it on for 20-minute intervals.

I tried them and no such luck for me. But this is my third and I’ve always gotten extremely sick when pregnant I lost 30 pounds with my first because I couldn’t keep anything down. I’d say they’re worth a shot though!
