No physical attraction, could to u stay?

My husband admitted to me that he isn't physically attracted to me anymore. We've been together for 10 years and basically I'm not 18 anymore. I've gained about 20 pounds since (I was only 90 pounds when we met) and I obviously have aged and it's just not what he is attracted to anymore. He's always liked younger women 19, 20 ish, he's 32. He like small petite women and I just changed too much I guess? I also developed a little hormonal acne issue that I try my best to keep on top of but it's hard.

I'm hurt obviously. He says it's nothing to do with who I am or my personality, he says he still loves me and wants to be together but he isn't physically attracted to me so he isn't getting hard. He finally came clean about it. He thinks I shouldn't be upset since he told the truth but I'm obviously very upset.
