Anyone else feel like they can't fucking breathe ?

I swear i am ALWAYS out of breath it's so annoying, constantly heaving for air like a ran a marathon or some shit.

I have to walk up stairs to go into my work then I work on the second floor. I’m so out of breath by the time I’m up the outside stairs that I use the elevator to go up inside. Makes me feel lazy but I seriously can’t breathe, especially with the heat and humidity. This is baby #4 but by far the worst. I was further along with all three of my kids (all born end of July/beginning of August) at this point in the summer and never had such a hard time breathing. It’s horrible

It happens to me too! I poked around online and found some info on a medical site that said it's normal and usually because we're breathing more efficiently, we don't get that feeling of relief with every breath because we don't "need" them which causes the uncomfortable sensation of being short of breath. It said if you aren't dizzy or anything because of it than it's not dangerous, just uncomfortable. It's hard to explain, but I hope i did it right lol. But it totally sucks either way, I hate it. I decided not to worry since i wasn't dizzy or experiencing headaches or any other symptom that indicates a lack of oxygen, and the baby is moving like normal and all, but still, it's really irritating and uncomfortable. It also said that part of the reason we can feel this way is the baby pushing the uterus up and putting pressure on our ribcage. Obviously Google is not a doctor, nor am I, it's just what I read, and to me it made sense.

I live in the 2nd floor I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I have 5 other kids that act like they just drink a 12 pack of red bulls and some shots of espresso combined with my youngest that's 18 month old that eats like a hen 🐓 throwing food everywhere😂😭 so yeah it's safe to say that I run or better yet I'm out of breath pretty much all day 😫😭😭😭

Yes! Me! Right now! As I’m typing this comment. Out top of the out of breath feeling... I can’t get comfortable in any position! I’m over here chugging water which usually helps some.
