Advice please??? Has this happened to anyone else

So I went on holiday early hours yesterday morning, in the airport around 4am I fainted to which the paramedic just said it could be cos I hadn’t ate and not much sleep(I don’t know who eats that early,I certainly don’t) anyway so been here a day now and last night threw the night I felt like the baby was right in my moo, his head right in my pelvis, this is how it felt anyway, I couldn’t open my legs without unbearable discomfort, it went away, but now today Iv had the same thing the majority of the afternoon, it hurts to walk, I do feel like the babies low so maybe could be pressure but could the fainting and this pain down below be connected? As soon as I am home I will be going the hospital to be checked over, the litttle one is still kicking away so I know he’s doing okay in there, I’m 24 weeks tomorrow also
