How do you wash your vulva?

Washing your vulva.... What method do you use? I hear so many different opinions.  Soap and water? Just water? Wash all the labia /folds with your fingers? Just stop the water down your body? Scrubbwith a sponge? Use oh balancing soap? Feminine cleaning products?
Basically, I'm asking how do you keep your 🐱 fresh and clean? What's the best way

Just water, except if I'm on my period -- then I might use some Cetaphil ON THE OUTSIDE ONLY if I'm feeling especially grungy. I used to use a washcloth, but now that I'm more comfortable with myself & my bits I just use my hands.

Just water and use my fingers to get under the labia majora and that’s it- never had any issues. You vagina cleans itself, it gathers the trash and I take it to the curb 😝

Summers Eve and Vagisil products cause me to itch really bad. I tried just water and wasn’t fully satisfied. I do unscented Dove baby wash now with a great rinse (retractable shower head) and I have had no issues.

I use Summers Eve and soap. Ive never had a problem with ph imbalance or yeast infections. But its different for everyone.

I just use regular soap. I just don’t let any soap enter my actual vagina.

My ob advised me to use Dove. I clean gently with my fingers then let soapy water run over the area. I rinse with water and voila - done and clean.  Never use any soap in the vagina.

I use an unscented soap to wash the outside and water for the rest, I just make sure not to get the soap on my urethra, and just use my hands to do it since I use a loofah on the rest of my body. Even ph balanced feminine soaps can throw your ph balance off.

I definitely use soap, nothing fancy, just regular body wash. I always make sure to wash the labia and folds thoroughly. I like having a very fresh and clean kitten. 
Also, switching to the menstrual cup helps with any odor. When I used tampons, I had a constant odor (nothing infectious or anything, just odor), and I've been using the cup for several years now and I have no odor at all. Lack of smell makes me feel cleaner.

I use Queen V bar soap directly w/out a wash cloth, just the bar, and then I rinse! Works great for me but everyone is different. I have a friend who gets UTI’s really easily and her doctor instructed her to only use water. I haven’t had a UTI since I was 6 and I’m 24.
