I need some advice

My son turned 2 June 19

He is normally very very well behaved (obviously he tests his limits) but for the most part we usually only have about one meltdown a week. He listens very well and is very attached to me

I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and this past week has been horrible.

He stopped napping the past couple days which typically doesn’t make him cranky

Well today he took a short nap and even before his nap he has been horrible with meltdowns.

He has a history of ear infections (he had 10 within a year) but his ENT doesn’t think he needs tubes

I ask him if his ears hurt and he says no but says his throat hurts. Should I take him to the dr to rule out an ear infection or do you think it’s just 2 year old plus knowing there’s about to be change??

I’m going crazy!
